The Oregon Mexican Restaurant Association (who knew, right?) will team up with the Portland Art Museum tomorrow evening for Sabor a México 2011, an outdoor tasting event to benefit IME BECAS, an organization that works to "elevate the educational level" of immigrant and first generation Latinos. Mexican spots around town — including Autentica, Nuestra Cocina, Cha Cha Cha, La Bonita, and Por Que No?, among others — will be on-hand to dish out bites paired with tequila tasting (courtesy Patron). The party starts at the PAM sculpture mall tomorrow at 5:30pm; admission is $25 and limited to those 21 years of age and older. [EaterWire]
