Much to the delight of many Portlanders, the New York Times continues to sustain its hard-on for PDX, with an updated version of its "36 Hours in..." feature. Among the delightfully named Freda Moon's dining picks: NE's Cabezon, Gabriel Rucker's Le Pigeon and Little Bird (for the "put a bird on it" jokes, obvs), and Sellwood's Cosmo Lounge for some Jell-O shot-slurping.
