Arbitrary Listage

In the name of journalism, the folks over at Portland Monthly consumed a shitload of vino (more than 400, in fact) in order to compile their 2011 list of Oregon's 50 Best Wines. The Pinot-heavy "reds" list sees Yamhill-Carlton's Soter Vineyards landing the #1 spot for its 2008 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs; among whites, a 2009 Chardonnay from Eola-Amity Hills' Evening Land ?Vineyards ended up on top. Cue the heated debate in the comments. [PoMo]
