Woodstock's 47-year-old neighborhood restaurant Country Bill's is up for sale. According to the Daily Journal of Commerce, owners of the uber old-school spot — a fourth-generation, family-owned restaurant/lounge — are seeking retirement. The real estate broker tasked with the sale has high hopes for a revamp, which could help fill what's apparently a desperate neighborhood need: "I can't tell you how many people tell me they just need something like a nice sports bar or something."
