WOODSTOCK: In what organizers claim to be the first-ever winemaker dinner hosted by a food cart, Woodstock's Artigiano (aka the Pasta Wagon) will pair with Helioterra Wines for a three-course pairing dinner on Monday, September 12. Menu includes bruschetta with marinated prawns, a pasta course featuring gnocchi, and braised Sweet Briar Farms pork shoulder. Reservations to the $38 dinner are required and available by contacting the cart. [EaterWire]
N. MISSISSIPPI: The official Twitter account confirms it: KOi Fusion, the fleet of mobile Korean taco trucks steered by Bo Kwon, has added yet-another location to its stable, this one at N. Mississippi's Mississippi Marketplace. Presumably, the cart will be a permanent presence, a la KOi's cart at SE Division's D-Street Noshery pod. No word yet on opening date. [Twitter]
NE ALBERTA: Food Carts Portland reports that TREATMachine alum Andrew Grasso has opened a new venture on NE 21st and Alberta, One Hundred Miles, a cart with the mission to source every one of its ingredients from within — you guessed it — a 100-mile radius (except the bread). [FCP]
