Rumors have been confirmed that Laughing Planet owner Richard Satnick — who just announced plans to open a second Dick's Kitchen on NW 21st — is also planning a new Laughing Planet location in SW Portland. According to liquor license paperwork, Satnick's 10th LP restaurant will live in SW Fourth's Cyan/PDX apartment building. As buildings go, it looks pretty fancy. [EaterWire]
