For the next installment of the Portland Food Adventures series, two of ChefStable's shining new jewels step up to the plate: First up, Trent Pierce's soon-to-open Japanese-style restaurant Wafu, which will serve a multi-course dinner on Tuesday, August 30 — just a couple weeks after its selling-like-hotcakes preview dinners. Two weeks later, on September 14, the party moves to chef Aaron Barnett's St. Jack. As always, the $125 tickets include dinner, drinks, and a slew of gift certificates to each chef's favorite spots (among those selected by Pierce and Barnett: Mojo Crepes, Zilla Sake House, Lucky Strike, and Nong's).
