The Ledbury in London has two Michelin stars, a ranking on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, and a totally badass kitchen staff. During the London riots, they used "rolling pins, fry baskets, and other dangerous kitchen tools" to fight off thugs that smashed through the window to loot the place, mid-dinner service.
