In a review perhaps most noteworthy for its timing, the Oregonian's Grant Butler visits the all-vegetarian (and mostly vegan) Natural Selection for this week's restaurant review, handing down an A- for chef Aaron Woo's ability to "show that dynamic cooking is possible without using meat and can even be done without butter and cheese."
