The Oregonian checks in with cart pod impresario Roger Goldingay and his newest spot, SE 82nd's bike-friendly Cartlandia, which officially opened for business last week. The pod occupies what was once a used car lot, and Goldingay says of its unlikely (but so far successful) location: "People out here a couple of months ago really didn't even know what a food cart pod was. ... We had our grand opening on Saturday... [and] someone said, '82nd Avenue hasn't seen anything like this for quite a while.'" [OregonLive]
