Noi Resurrects Lunch; KOi Debuts on N. Mississippi

In today's quick-and-dirty lunchtime EaterWire, two new midday meal options to report:

NORTHEAST: NE Prescott's mostly take-out spot Pok Pok Noi, an offshoot of the Andy Ricker empire, is bringing back the lunch service it discontinued earlier this year. Starting this weekend, Noi will resurrect lunch on Saturday and Sundays, beginning at 11:30 each morning. [EaterWire]

N. MISSISSIPPI: Ricker's not the only one expanding his Asian-food empire. As promised, yet another KOi Fusion Korean taco truck is officially open for business — the permanently parked cart at the Mississippi Marketplace pod made its debut earlier this week. Service begins at noon and hours vary daily; as always, check the Twitter for the most up-to-date hours. [EaterWire]
