Tipsters at Portlandfood.org have spotted construction underway at a new ramen house soon to open downtown: The House of Ramen is slated to take over the SW Columbia corner once home to Pizza By the Slice, and it'll offer a pick-and-choose menu featuring four different broths, three kinds of noodles, and protein toppings like char siu pork, roast beef, and diced chicken.
