Holy effing ZOMG. WWeek reports that the only thing missing from the Portland food cart experience — booze — is now officially available from a food cart. As part of a promotion for the upcoming Portland Cocktail Week, a cocktail cart dubbed the Hospitality Suite has set up shop in SE Hawthorne's late-night haven Cartopia, serving up "punch, boilermakers, gin and tonics, and even Jell-O shots" every Friday and Saturday night, now through October 23.
