The Portland Culinary Alliance is encouraging its members to get a little dirty. A mini road trip has been scheduled for Forest Grove's Montinore Estate tomorrow (Saturday, October 1), with participants getting a hands-on look at biodynamic winemaking in Oregon. The class includes vineyard time with author/wine writer Katherine Cole (who recently released her biodynamic book Voodoo Vinters), a Montinore wine tasting, and small bites.
