Soup's On at KitchenCru; Aviary Extends Happy Hour

OLD TOWN: The KitchenCru shared culinary space will debut a weekly soup-serving pop-up starting this Thursday, featuring a rotating lineup of soups by local chef Sasha Kaplan — an alum of Genoa and former collaborator with Julia Child and Dorie Greenspan. The lunchtime-only pop-up, dubbed Souped Up February, will be available on Thursdays and Fridays through March 3, with three soups available for dine-in at the chef's counter or take-out.
