Just four months after opening its first cart on NE Alberta, Cultured Caveman (Portland's first-ever Paleo-friendly food cart) will soon debut a second location on SE Hawthorne and 41st. Food Carts Portland was the first to spot the expansion, which takes over the former Mira's Ladle cart and will include a five-table outdoor seating area.
