Daniel Mondok's wine-country spot Paulée is waking up earlier. The restaurant, inside the Inn at Red Hills, will introduce breakfast service (available four days a week) starting tomorrow, with a menu featuring both sweet and savory options (avocado, garden tomato, and pancetta eggs Benedict; pumpkin buttermilk pancakes). The morning menu will also see an extension in weekend brunch service, now starting at 8a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. [EaterWire]
