Carts have been steadily trickling in since September, but the Hollywood District's new cart pod, dubbed Rose City Food Park, has set an official grand opening date of October 20. Thus far, seven carts are on board, including Jontes Urban Seafood, Ramy's Lamb Shack, and most notably, Guam-inspired spot PDX 671, a recent transplant from the D-Street Noshery pod.
