The Oregonian's FOODday editor/vegan person Grant Butler drops his list of the Top 10 Vegan Dishes in Portland. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Portobello Vegan Trattoria's beet tartare ended up on top, while Native Bowl's "Mississippi Bowl" and Dovetail Bakery's biscuits and gravy round out the top three.
