The Lloyd District may soon have a cart pod of its very own. Per this announcement by the Lloyd Transportation Management Association, the area is looking to lure some food carts over to "the other downtown," citing a recent survey of neighborhood workers who overwhelmingly claim they'd support local food cart business.
