PoMo's Karen Brooks sings the praises of a newish "pop-up sensation" in the form of the Soup Annex, a Portland Farmers' Market vendor that's evolving from a "farm-to-takeout" concept into a pop-up restaurant proper. The project, a collaboration between chef Kathryn LaSusa Yeomans and Springwater Farms' Roger Konka, "is now considering weekly pop-ups, with different themes at different locations." [Eat Beat]
