Chefs Feed — a mobile app that culls chef-driven restaurant recommendations — just unveiled version 2.0 of its iOS app that now includes a guide for Portland, and Adam Sappington, Chris Israel, Cathy Whims, and Gabe Rucker are among the local chefs naming their favorite dishes.
