Another day, another Yelp complaint: Over at the Mercury, the owner of Swan Island restaurant Tilt vents his frustrations about the review site's filtering process, which he says has blocked the majority of his positive reviews. Additional accusations by owner Octavian Jurj: that a Yelp sales representative promised to "take care of those negative reviews" if Jurj purchased enough ads.
