The Daily Meal just dropped its list of the 101 Best Food Trucks in America, and just one Portland spot made the cut: the People's Pig (now known as the People's Pig Wood-Fired Grill), which landed at #85. Before y'all launch into a "WTF" freakout, though, the article notes that only four-wheeled trucks were considered, thus shutting out the majority of Portland's food-cart population. "If it was a trailer, or a cart, if it needed something to pull, drag, push, or carry it, if it wasn't on at least four wheels and didn't have the ability to move on its own power from parking ticket to parking spot, it was omitted."
