Caleb McBee's Tannery Bar made its debut in the former Skin & Bones space yesterday, and the opening menu has been revealed: True to form, it's a proper upscale-bar menu, featuring mussels frites, duck wings (with a cranberry gastrique), a Monte Cristo sandwich, and "Gleaner's Tart" (featuring yams, blue cheese, hazelnuts, and creme fraiche).
