Are more micro-restaurants coming to NE Sandy? The Oregonian visits Kevin Cavenaugh's popular food complex the Ocean, and Cavenaugh, a local developer, suggests that more concepts are in the works: "In an adjacent building fronting Sandy Boulevard, he envisions a line of small retail shops, a full restaurant, an ice cream parlor and more.
