Chef Gregory Gourdet at downtown's Departure will celebrate the holidays all this month with a special Peking duck dinner, available in limited quantities each night. As per tradition, the ducks are served whole with pancakes and accoutrements for do-it-yourself eating; the $75 meal also includes duck fried rice and is suggested to feed two to six guests.
