NE Alberta's Peruvian Spot Del Inti to Shutter Dec. 15

After four years in business, Peruvian restaurant Del Inti is calling it quits. The Oregonian is the first to spot owners Ignacio and Erin del Solar's online announcement, which proclaims this Saturday, December 15 to be the last day of service. Per a follow-up on Facebook:

It's with heavy hearts that we have decided to close Del inti after service on Saturday, December 15th. After 4+ years, and a very rough year personally, it is the right step for us right now. We really want to focus on thanking our regular customers who came back time and time again. We'll really miss these relationships — you made del inti a warmer place to be. Thanks for your patronage. No one knows what the future holds though — you might be able to have Ignacio's creations again ;)

In its four-year lifespan, Del Inti was perhaps best known for its vibrant outdoor patio, ceviche, and grilled skewers. The upcoming shutter marks the second Peruvian restaurant closure in the past few months — NW's Limo Peruvian closed in mid-October.
