For those with an insatiable sweet tooth, Grub Street has complied this list highlighting 101 of America's Most Crazy-Awesome New Desserts, and two Portland creations make the cut: Olympic Provisions' Saucisson Au Chocolat (which, for the record, has no meat in it) and the Voodoo Doughnuts/Rogue collaboration that birthed a maple bacon donut beer. Recommended pairing: Voodoo's bacon-maple bar, which "should probably be your bacon quotient for the month." [GS]
