The Oregonian reports that the city of Portland will formally — in the form of official city paperwork! — oppose a recent liquor license application filed by the Cartlandia cart pod. Earlier this month, the city requested a postponement of the OLCC ruling, arguing that granting the state's first-ever cart pod liquor license could set a dangerous precedence for over-boozed carts.
