SE's sustainable seafood spot Bamboo Sushi usually educates its guests about the importance of sustainable seafood practices — and with the release of this charming video, gets all artsy about it. The short video — shot entirely with handmade miniatures — took seven months to make, and as Eater National notes, features a scene in which a bunch of (adorable!) sea creatures sit down at a sushi table for dinner. Marine cannibalism!
