A timeline has emerged for the Mio Gelato chainlet's official transition into the two-location Italian cafe Morso: According to a Facebook update, the Bridgeport Village location will debut first (on March 17), followed shortly thereafter by the Pearl District location on April 1. Earlier this year, Mio founder Bob Lightman announced the conceptual transition of the gelato shops, renovating the two remaining locations and tapping Bluehour chef Kenny Giambalvo to spearhead the menu.
