Looks like another delay for Bamboo Sushi's upcoming NW 23rd location: According to a help wanted ad on Craigslist, the spot's opening has been pushed back to mid-June. Bamboo, which is renovating the NW 23rd space long held by Rose's Restaurant & Bakery, originally projected an opening in October or November of 2011, which was then modified to March 2012.
