Naomi Pomeroy of Beast stole the show this Sunday at the Portland leg of Cochon 555. Guests were buzzing about her Pork Belly Consomme with Pickled Enoki Mushrooms & Shaved Lardo and her Porky Pudding with Whipped Vanilla Bean Lardo. Pomeroy will advance with other regional winners to Grand Cochon in Aspen, Colorado (June 17th).
