The Oregonian gathers more details about Bar Vivant, the Spanish tapas bar that's part of Pix Patisserie's upcoming move to E. Burnside. According to Pix owner Cheryl Wakerhauser, "The tapas (or pintxos if you will) will be small bites (not small plates!) displayed on the bar at prices from $.50 to $3."
