Things are getting boozy at downtown's Departure: All this week (through March 24), hot chef Greg Gourdet is offering a four-course whiskey and beer kaiseki menu, which pairs both bourbon and brews with Gourdet's Asian-inspired dishes. (Mussels and grilled Thai sausage in coconut broth is served with Red Breast whiskey and a Hitachino Nest white ale; vanilla-and-chili glazed pork tenderloin is paired with Blanton's bourbon and a Sapporo.)
