The magical world of OLCC applications confirms earlier rumors that the Seattle-based Mocore Restaurant Group's new concept Southland will indeed occupy the same NW 23rd building that houses its Casa del Matador restaurant/tequila bar. Dubbed Southland Whiskey Kitchen, the concept promises to be a "Southern smokehouse-style restaurant," and takes over a retail space that most recently housed the ecce domus housewares store.
