Chef Pascal Sauton has a new pastry chef at his casual neighborhood spot Milwaukie Kitchen & Wine: Jocelyn Barda, of NE's Bakery Bar, will take over pastry duties from temporary sweets-maker Kir Jensen, who spearheaded the pastry program during a winter hiatus from her Sugar Cube food cart.
