Sip Opening SE Stark Cafe; Tribute's Moves to Burnside

SOUTHEAST: Details about the Sip Juice Cart's proper brick-and-mortar cafe have surfaced: Canteen, which will feature the "full Sip menu plus a ton of other goodies," is taking over the SE Stark space that was the longtime home to Mojos Coffee Den. According to this here liquor license paperwork, the 26-seat cafe will serve both lunch and dinner (with hours stretching from 8am to midnight, daily). Sip's current cart — parked in the People's Co-Op lot on SE 21st, serves organic juices, smoothies, and vegan milkshakes, in addition to a daily soup option. W. BURNSIDE: NE 23rd's Tribute's Pizza, which shuttered in October 2011 after a Bamboo Sushi takeover of its longtime building, will re-open in a in the Hamilton Building on W. Burnside, across the street from the Ringside Steakhouse. According to a Facebook announcement, Tribute's 2.0 hopes to be open "in a couple of months." [UrbanWorks, Facebook]
