DOWNTOWN: Food Carts Portland reports that downtown's pop-up Donut-O-Rama — which garnered positive press for its creme brulee donuts, among others — has ended its run. The donut cart, which temporarily occupied SW 10th and Alder's Cool Harry's Frozen Yogurt during the cold months, has vacated as Cool Harry's makes its return from a winter hiatus. But plans sound promising: According to FCP, Donut-O-Rama owner Greg Slauson is "seeking out a new cart and/or storefront." [Food Carts Portland]
EVERYWHERE: Local delivery service Delivered Dish — which makes meals from spots like Podnah's Pit, Savoy, and Lucky Strike available for delivery — is partnering with the Oregon Food Bank for a spring food drive. Delivered Dish is offering customers free delivery (now through April 30) with a seven-can donation to the OFB: When ordering take-out, use the promo code 7CANS, and the DD delivery driver will collect the non-perishable food items as they drop off dinner at your door.
