Voodoo Doughnuts founder/delightful weirdo Tres Shannon has canceled plans to build a new "adult playground"/bar on NE Sandy. According to WWeek, Shannon's Portland P Palace — which was to feature a full bar, mini-golf course, and pool tables, among other amusements — is "presently in purgatory."
