New New Old Lompoc Details: Reopening Set for 2013

New, 1 comment

The New Old Lompoc has made things official with the developer that will demonlish its current NW 23rd pub. According to a press release, Lompoc Brewing owner Jerry Fechter has signed a lease with the CE John Company to occupy the new residential and retail complex that will soon sprout up on the corner of NW 23rd and Raleigh. Construction on CE John's LEED-certified, four-story building will shutter the current incarnation of New Old Lompoc on April 28 (after week's worth of farewell events dubbed Lompocalypse). According to the release:

"The new space will be a pub only, with all brewing operations shifting to the Lompoc Brewery at 3901 N Williams Ave. Lompoc will lose its patio space in the back, but will gain a large outdoor patio in the front of the building, with a portion of it covered and heated."

The new Lompoc pub is scheduled to open in summer 2013.
