Matt Lightner Wire

Y'all, former Castagna chef Matt Lightner is blowing minds in New York City. Today, Eater NY reports that the menu at Lightner's new Tribeca restaurant Atera boasts this "menacing squab claw creation," described by commenters as everything from "unbelievably lame" to "Would be even better if [it] was hanging from a wire or something." Other courses offered on the tasting menu, btw, include mention of "rocks," "parsley root split," and "foie gras peanuts." [-ENY-]
