The Oregonian reports that Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñonez Denton's upcoming restaurant Ox — which the mothership designated as one of the country's most-anticipated openings of 2012 — has set dates for a series of preview dinners: Four nights, from April 18 to 21.
The preview dinners will be conducted in the usual ChefStable style — featuring multiple courses and an open bar for a flat fee: in this case, $90 per person. (Ox partner/ChefStable head honcho Kurt Huffman spearheaded similar dinners at the launch of uber-successful concepts Wafu and St. Jack.) Ox makes its soft-soft debut during a sold-out Portland Food Adventures dinner on April 12. Tickets to the ChefStable preview dinners are available here.
