CNN's International travel site has rustled up a list of the 50 Best Chinese Restaurants in the United States, and Oregon's two entries are both Portlanders: NE Broadway's Shandong (which rests on "the cutting edge of Chinese cuisine"), and SE Division's Wong's King Seafood, whose dim sum "emotes pure Hong Kong goodness."
