Over at the mothership, Eater has dropped the second part of its two-day interview with Anthony Bourdain, who has this to say about the hipster influence on food: "They're scurrying everywhere, these foodies. Look at Austin, Louisville, Portland of course. I love making fun of the hipster foodies, because they are annoying and comedy gold, but it's a good thing... How can this be bad? Instead of playing hackeysack or opening a bicycle shop, they're making cheese." [-EN-]
