The Oregonian reports that local pork purveyor Tails & Trotters is close to nailing down a spot in Mount Tabor for its long-awaited retail space: Owner Aaron Silverman confirms that "we're in the final stages of lease negotiations" for a space next to Steve Jones' Cheese Bar on SE Belmont Street. T&T originally announced plans for a retail storefront in July 2010, hitting speed bumps in the form of both personnel changes and location issues since.
