St. Jack chef Aaron Barnett has announced a new nightly prix-fixe tasting menu (dubbed, all French-like, Le Menu de Cuisine), featuring four courses for $55 per person. The family-style menu will change daily — or sometimes, at the chef's whim throughout the course of the evening — and might include familiar items (bouilabaisse and pied de cochon) and recent specials.
