Eat Beat reports that the downtown outpost of Caffe Vita has officially opened for business in the car-free Old Town corridor adjacent to that other Seattle import, Via Tribunali. According to the post, the walk-up coffee counter is the 10th Caffe Vita storefront nationwide and the second in Portland (with a cafe on NE Alberta). [Eat Beat]
