And it's a doozy. As per annual tradition, the International Pinot Noir Celebration will moneyed guests flying into Willamette's wine country in July for a weekend-long wine-and-culinary bender, and the lineup of the 50+ local chefs participating in the IPNC events has been revealed.
Chefs Chris Israel (Gruner and the upcoming Corazon), Gabriel Rucker (Le Pigeon, Little Bird), Dustin Clark (Wildwood), and Kristen Murray (a Paley's Place and Fenouil alum) will spearhead the event's Grand Dinner, scheduled for Friday, July 27. Seattle chef Jason Franey (Canlis) is among the chefs cooking for the daily al fresco lunches, while the popular Saturday-night event, the Northwest Salmon Bake, will highlight dishes by Laurelhurst Market trio Ben Dyer, David Kreifels, and Jason Owens, among others. Tickets are available now; for the full lineup, visit the IPNC website below.
